This product contains lead  and to comply with REACH regulations can only be purchased in the UK with approval for its use from Historic England.

In England a supplier can, with the approval of Historic England, supply lead paint to be used in the maintenance or restoration of;

• Historic buildings that are listed either Grade I or Grade II*
• Scheduled monuments
• Fine or decorative works of art created before 1992

Procedure to Purchase this product:

1.    Contact Loxley for a Lead declaration form at sales@loxleyarts.co.uk 
2.    Complete the Lead Declaration form and send to back to us Email sales@loxleyarts.co.uk  Telephone 0114 288 0777. We will send the form to Historic England for approval.
3.    Once Historic England have approved of the use of your paint, they will let us know and we will contact you to arrange to take payment and send your paint.
