We hope that you're happy with every purchase you make with us, but if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied, our friendly and experienced customer care team will be willing to help you.

How Can I return an unwanted item?

You can return items to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund subject to them being in good condition and in their original packaging. This will have to be done at your own expense and using your chosen carrier. 

Product Returns Form

Please enclose a completed copy of our returns form, along with the delivery note that was sent with your order and send to: Colourfull Arts Ltd, Loxley House, 25C Orgreave Crescent, Sheffield, S13 9NQ.
Note: Items are returned at the customer's own risk and we cannot accept liability for any returns that may have got damaged or lost in transit. All returns will be checked and if they do not meet out returns policy, we cannot refund you and the item may be sent back to you. 
Once your returns have been received and checked, we will send you an email to confirm and you will receive your refund within 14 days of receiving this email. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Items?

We do make every effort to make sure your order is delivered in good, usable conditions, however, sometimes products can get damaged in transit so we please ask you to check your items once received. 
If your order contains faulty or damaged items, please email, and our team will assist you. Please email us clear photos of your faulty/damaged item within 3-5 days of receiving your order. 

Product Exchanges.

We do not offer product exchanges, should you need a different product from what you ordered please return your item for a full refund within 30 days of purchase and re order the product you now need.
