Canvas Rolls & Canvas Stretching Pliers FAQs

How do you mount a canvas roll onto a frame?

The stretching process might seem difficult, but lots of artists prefer it so they can explore an array of artwork sizes and shapes.

To mount a canvas roll, centre the canvas on the frame, grip an edge with canvas pliers, pull taut, and staple the canvas to the side of the frame in the centre. Repeat on the opposite side, then the remaining sides, working outwards and maintaining even tension. Neatly fold and staple the corners for a secure, stretched surface.

Do you offer free shipping when ordering canvas rolls in the UK?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all UK art supplies orders over £30.

What is your returns policy?

You can return items to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund subject to them being in good condition and in their original packaging. This will have to be done at your own expense and using your chosen carrier.
