The Artists’ Colour Wheel is a tool to help understand the principles of colour mixing, colour harmony and how colours relate to each other. There are two different size wheels that are pivoted in the middle so that they turn independently. A colour is selected on the outside wheel and then the colour that you wish to mix with it is selected on the smaller inside wheel and aligned to display in the window what the mixed colour will be. The other side of the tool shows complimentary and split complimentary colours and visually demonstrates shades, tones and tints. This is the largest of the two colour wheels available in this style. 235 mm Dia.
