Historic England may grant approve if the intended use of the oil paint falls into one of the below categories:

• Historic buildings that are listed either Grade I or Grade II*
• Scheduled monuments
• Fine or decorative works of art created before 1992

Procedure to Purchase this product:

1.      Contact Loxley for a Lead declaration form at sales@loxleyarts.co.uk

2.      Complete the Lead Declaration form and send to Email customers@HistoricEngland.org.uk  Telephone 0370 333 0607

3.      Once Historic England have approved of the use of your paint, send the approval with your order to sales@loxleyarts.co.uk

4.      Loxley will arrange to take payment and ship your paint.
