How often should I deep-clean my brushes?

Rinse thoroughly during your session, but use a dedicated brush cleaner at the end of every day to remove pigment trapped near the ferrule.

Can I leave my brushes soaking in water?

Avoid this at all costs. Propping a brush on its bristles ruins the shape, and water can swell the wooden handle, causing the paint to chip and the ferrule to loosen.

Does brush cleaner work on dried acrylic paint?

Yes, specialised restorer cleaners can often soften cured acrylic, though it is always best to clean them while the paint is still wet.

Is it necessary to use a conditioner?

For natural hair brushes, a conditioner acts like hair care, keeping the fibres supple and preventing them from becoming brittle and snapping.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

What is your returns policy?

You can return items to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, subject to them being in good condition and in their original packaging. This will have to be done at your own expense and using your chosen carrier.
