Loxley Black Gold Chunky is a supreme range of artists stretched canvas individually made from good quality materials. Sustainably sourced kiln dried pine is used for the stretcher frame and wedges, with an 10.6oz (360g/m Sq), medium grain, 100% cotton which is sized then triple primed with a universal black acrylic gesso primer to produce a surface to take paint at its best without sinking whilst giving maximum creative flow. The edges of the canvas are clean and staple free and have a depth of 38mm. There are 8 different sizes available to buy in packs of 2 or cheaper by the carton.
