Acrylic paint dries extremely quickly which is ideal for artists who are wanting to build up layers without having to wait long between each process. However, the disadvantage of acrylic is when it dries on your brush or on your palette. So, you may be wanting to know how to keep your acrylic paint wet on your palette?
How to keep acrylic paint wet while working?
Whilst you are painting, one good trick to keep your acrylic paint wet on the palette is by spraying the paint regularly with water, using a fine mist sprayer. Then once you have finished painting just give the acrylic paints once last spray before putting the lid of your Masterson palette on.
How to keep acrylic paint wet on your palette once finished painting?

The Masterson Sta-Wet Painters’ Pal Palette measures 320 x 300 x 35 mm deep (13 x 12 x 1.5″ deep) and has an air tight lid, cellulose sponge, five sheets of Sta-wet palette paper, five paint cups with detachable lids, one solvent cup with attached lid and full instructions on how to prepare and use the palette, it also features a brush storage area beneath the removable cup holder tray. There are three Sta-Wet palettes available in the Masterson's range as well as film and sponge refills.
The Masterson Sta-Wet Super Pro Palette measures 390 x 290 x 40 mm deep (15.5 x 11.5 x 1.5″ deep) and has an air tight lid, cellulose sponge, five sheets of Sta-Wet palette paper film and full instructions on how to prepare and use the palette. This well-designed and robust palette is probably the largest Stay Wet palette available. Spare Masterson sponges and film refills are available to enable years of continuous use.
